Commercial Manager, PhD
Dr Hannah Matthews has over 7 years experience within healthcare research assuming both academic and teaching posts, followed by industry and more commercially focused roles. At HEOR, Hannah leads on the management and coordination of all incoming request for proposals and requests for information ensuring the provision of impactful and high quality responses, tailored to the clients needs. Hannah also assumes responsibility for HEOR’s sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy and diverse pipeline for delivery by the technical service teams. Alongside, the proactive management of client contracts and master service agreements. Hannah also holds overall responsibility for the development of the HEOR marketing and commercial strategy.
Prior to HEOR, Hannah worked for University College London as a Systematic Reviewer in their Clinical, Education and Health Psychology department advising and implementing on reviews for the National Guideline Alliance, Royal College of Psychiatrists and the UCL NIHR Policy Research Unit. Hannah later accepted a Senior Systematic Reviewer role with a large consultancy firm working in including oncology, autoimmune disorders and rare and orphan diseases. Subsequently, from her research Hannah has published over 10 manuscripts in a number of respected peer-reviewed journals.
Hannah completed her PhD in Health Psychology specialising in Psycho-Oncology at the University of Coventry, following on from a MSc in Health Psychology and a BSc in Psychology from De Montfort University.
