We are proud to share that in our 2025 CDP disclosure, we achieved a Grade B, recognising the meaningful progress we’ve made in our environmental strategy and operational practices. This places us in the management band, reflecting active implementation of environmental initiatives, strong governance and measurable climate action.
CDP is one of the world’s leading frameworks for evaluating environmental impact. Each year, thousands of organisations disclose data on climate change, water security and deforestation, and CDP assigns scores from D- to A based on the maturity and ambition of their actions.
A strong CDP score signals credibility and transparency – qualities increasingly valued by investors, clients and partners. By participating, we reinforce our accountability and our commitment to operating responsibly and sustainably.
The actions behind our 2025 score
In 2025, we implemented several key steps that contributed to our CDP performance:
We committed to the Science Based Targets initiative with approved goals to reduce our scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% by 2030, using 2023 as our baseline. This gives us a clear, science-aligned pathway to decarbonisation.
Joining the EcoVadis sustainability assessment has enabled us to benchmark our environmental, social and governance performance. It continues to drive stronger processes, improved reporting and enhanced sustainable procurement practices.
Over the past year, we improved several operational areas, including:
- Supplier onboarding and screening
- Vendor code of conduct
- Small and diverse supplier reporting
- Waste, recycling and onsite environmental controls
- Eco-friendly procurement and materials use
These actions help ensure sustainability is embedded in daily decision-making.
We continue to integrate the 2030 Agenda into our responsibility strategy, aligning with the UN Global Compact and priority UN Sustainable Development Goals. This ensures our commitments reflect global best practice and support progress on climate action, responsible business and social wellbeing.

We are preparing for our second EcoVadis reassessment in March 2026. This annual review supports continuous improvement across our corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy, helping us track the maturity and effectiveness of our management systems.
We will maintain our annual CDP submissions and rigorous greenhouse gas measurement. This ensures alignment with our science-based targets and provides the insights needed to achieve further emissions reductions.
We are deepening engagement across our value chain by:
- Collaborating with suppliers to improve sustainability performance
- Partnering with clients who share our environmental and social goals
- Building external partnerships that enhance learning, innovation and the development of our corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy

Our B score in the 2025 CDP disclosure marks meaningful progress in our sustainability journey. It reflects our commitment to science-based emissions reduction, strengthened ESG frameworks and the integration of responsible practices across our operations and supply chain.
