While we have a preference for hybrid working, as bringing colleagues together enriches communication and learning, we have colleagues who work remotely and others who prefer to be fully office based. With two office locations, in Cardiff and Oxfordshire, and flexible working space in London and northern England, we aim to provide spaces for creativity, teamwork, and innovation
